Select Bicycle When Adding Miles [fixed]

Allow selecting which bicycle was used while adding miles from the app. Automatically select primary bike as default.

Also consider ways to cache / refresh that info on the phone.

Question:
Should we automatically update primary bicycle if a different bicycle is selected?

Published Android app version 1.3. Now if you have multiple bicycles and add them to the website you can select them while adding miles with the Android app.
