On the train hitching a ride to San Fran.On my way to Sausalito this sunny Saturday afternoon.
The best taste ever! Pulled off the trail to get some food. The place looks nice. As the six o'clock hour approaches I remember that I don't have my lights. So this is my last stop then an endurance trial on the way home. We'll see how I do with a belly full of pork!
Part of the old bridge sits next to the new bridge. March 1929 the bridge first opened to the public. Built by private enterprises for profit.
This Guy had a massive sting ray on the line. Wind surfers and parasurfers all around. Plains flying in overhead! Not bad for a Thursday evening... Starting to get hungry.
Lots of birds.. passed some wind surfers earlier.
Not much compared to the Willamette river. In fact it is overflow from the bay. But the sun is shining and the trails are callin.
The hills to come.
A video to test, auto blogging through email / cell phone. Later to integrate with site youtube list and video archive and user profiles :-) owns.
On the road again :-)
SO, I've been without a car for two years now. Since March 2008. My sister let me borrow her car today. I drove to work, drove to lunch and drove to the gym... I can hardly stand it! I would rather loiter at the train station for an hour than drive through traffic for half an hour. In the morning I sat waiting at a stop light for over five minutes. One that I usually breeze by and laugh at the cars waiting in line while the new construction is progressing slowly. I drive to lunch only to wait at more stop lights and even miss my turn and have to circle around to get back to work.
